Dear Friends

 

Is there any good way to loose weight....

 

I had done :

 

1. Exercises and also joined Gym classes

2. Done dieting

3. Yoga also

4. 1 time full Fruits diet only

5. Walking

6. Also taken Lal Masoor dal pani

7. Water + Honey+ Lemon mixture also

 

But there is no effect..

Plz suggest some thing really good only

bought.

There is a GM ( general motors ) diet plan which claims for the weight reduction . you can serch the net by " GM DIET PLAN "
