Guest guest
Spinal remedies can be tricky. It is hard to say over the net what to do. I think a safe thing to do is this. Stand up, slowly bend over and let gravity pull torso down. Bend from base of spine. Try to put hands on floor and chest to legs. Do periodically throughout day. Other exercises may work but I would have to see person. Guest guest
The Moderator is right. It takes tiem to achieve even touching hands to floor. I thought I made it clear with the word "try" and "let gravity pull torso down". Every one starts at a different level. The way I explained it is what to strive for. The key is doing this on a regular and workable basis. GB ___ ......
