So for India (particularly mid/upper India), from 5.38AM and 3.13 PM, they can be damage due to water and floods. (No cricket matches). Ve = indicates, some prominent Senior Women leaders can pass away. So countries with Moon aspected rulers, under Jup and Sat, there can be peace only! There could be significant losses after 9PM IST, till next day 4.13 AM, or Sat afflicated countries. Just as a side note, I looked this date up numerologically last night and 8-11-2006 adds up to be a nine.
