Your Lagna becomes Scorpio Lagna with 10th lord Sun conjuct with 7th and 12th lord Venus in the 4th house which is not so good position as Sun is present in its enemy sign and aspected by Saturn. For example if we take his marriage, the seventh lord is retrograde mercury.Venus is in Mercury sub.So his marriage should have taken place on a friday indicated by venus in mer/rah/rah period which seems to be correct as per his detail.Similarly all other incidents match with this time of birth.So I feel his lagna is not scorpio as mentioned by you. Pls note that the A10 in his dasamsa falls in SAG whose lord is Jupiter which is in 12th house of D-10 with debilitated moon.D-10 Lagna is occupied by retrograde mercury which happens to be the present dasa lord.This should give him moderate satisfaction in professional front/earnings. Moreover use of higher varga charts can be done once we know that birth time mentioned is correct as they change within span of few minutes. Second chart has debilitated Rahu conjuct with 12th lord Mars in the Lagna aspected by Debilitated Ketu aspecting Lagna and rest of the quadrants. Such a combination can be a concern for the health of the native seeing that the 8th lord Moon also gets the aspect along with 7th lord Mercury(retro). Saturn becomes a malefic in the chart and aspects the Lagna Lord Debilitated Jupiter which doesnt get any other benefic aspect. Considering Mercury(retro) to be markesh the current Mahadasha could have effected the health. Guest guest Posted August 18, 2006 Report Share Posted August 18, 2006 Dear Gauravji, Pls note that there is cancellation of debility for Jupiter which should not trouble the native in health front.Let us take his incident of amputation in Feb 2001.During this period he was running through mer/moon/rahu period(as per both the timings 1:11 & 1:19:10AM).If his lagna is scorpio then moon will become his 9th lord which should not give the amputation.If we treat his lagna as SAG then moon will be his 8th lord.Pls also note that rahu will act as a representative of mars who is 12th lord(by association).So the amputation of finger in Feb 2001 seems to be as per astrological rules.If we use horary astrology for the accuracy of his birth lagna, then also we get it as SAG.From this I strongly feel that his correct time of birth should be 1:19:10AM which is near to the time 1:20AM provided by the native. I am familiar with Kunda method but could not find much on pranapada method. Could you give me some idea where I can find material on pranapada rectification method ?
