Guest guest
Respected Learned members, I have a doubt on various dasa systems. 1. There are different Dasa systems like vimsottari, Shoola,Kalachakra,Yogini etc. When to use which Dasa System? 2) Why a single dasa system alone cannot be useful to track all events in queriest life? Why to use various permutations and combinations on this dasa systems. Ex: Narayana Dasa uses Rasi (Dasa) Where as Vimsottari Dasa uses Graha/Tara (dasa) to predict. Please let me know this in jyotish/scientific aspect as I am seriously thinking about these questions from last 1 year. My little mind cannot be able to satisfy with the answers I have Regards, Upendra Agnihotram Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1¢/min. Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Upendra, Namaste. > Respected Learned members, > I have a doubt on various dasa systems. > 1. There are different Dasa systems like vimsottari, > Shoola,Kalachakra,Yogini etc. When to use which Dasa System? If you know the proper use and principles of each dasa, you will konw when to use which. A few hints: Vimsottari is based on the Moon, so it will describe the chnages in the native's mental state, his subjective feelings of the events happening to him. Kalachakra is more for objective events, with a tinge of karmic influence added, like misfortunes, accidents etc. However it is very sensitive to exact birth time. Yogini is a very esoteric dasa. It is probably coonected with some esoteric aspects of one's life like awakening of the Chakras and Kundalini. Usually I use Vimsottari, Kalachakra and Narayana Dasas. Sone other are useful for certain aspects. Sudasa for money matters, Drig dasa for spirituality, Shoola and other Ayur dasas for longevity, Paryaaya for health etc. > 2) Why a single dasa system alone cannot be useful to track all events > in queriest life? Why to use various permutations and combinations on > this dasa systems. I know some astrologers who use only one dasa, usually Vimsottari. However we should note that both Parashara and Jaimini introduced several dasa systems and I think it is not upto us to decide whether they were right or wrong in doing this. Our position should be to humbly accept what the Maharsis said and to try to understand its practical use and apply it. > Ex: Narayana Dasa uses Rasi (Dasa) Where as Vimsottari Dasa uses > Graha/Tara (dasa) to predict. > Please let me know this in jyotish/scientific aspect as I am seriously > thinking about these questions from last 1 year. My little mind cannot > be able to satisfy with the answers I have According to my experieces, Narayana dasa is an extremey useful dasa for timing events, especially because you can use separate dasas for all the divisional charts. As it is based on Rasi, it will nore adequately show the objective events in the native's life than Vimsottari, which as I have said, tends to reflect the subjective feelings of the native. And then comes Moola dasa, Kendradi dasas etc. and a few other specific dasas which also make good use if someone learns to properly use them. Yours, Gauranga Das PS.
