Guest guest
Dear Varunji, THE SUN - Shiva, Surya Narayan, Agni devata. THE MOON - Parvati , Jal devata, MARS - Kartikeya, Ganesh,Hanumanji MERCURY -Vishnu JUPITER - Brahma,Indra VENUS - Lakshmi, Indrani. SATURN - Rudra, Hanumanji,Shani Bhagwan. RAHU -Durga, Akash Tatva Vayu KETU - Ganeshji, Akash tatva Vayu The above is by no means exhaustive, I will try to better this in few days time. Also regional differences create Dieties differences too. For example in Maharashtra , they worship on Tuesday Ganeshji, while in UP they would worship Ganeshji on Wednesday. On Tuesday people like me prefer to worship Hanumanji. In Calcutta/W,bengal they would worship the form of Kaali better than any other form if they want to worship female dieties,in North say in Delhi side more weightage would be given To Durga. I may be corrected in above assessment. The Parsis would worship The Sun as fire in their Fire temples. The Jains would be doing their own mantras to remove the bad effects of the planets. I am happy that at least one Diety is in conformity for Mercury, ie. Shri Vishnu. I will write again on this,pl remind me if I do not within a weeks time. regards, Bhaskar, , "varun_trvd" <varun_trvd wrote: > > Dear Bhaskar ji, > > Could you please give us a list of deities denoted by various > planets so that we know which deity to be worshiped after learing > the navansh lord of moon. > > With naman to all gurujan, > > Varun Trivedi > > > > > > > , "Bhaskar" > <rajiventerprises@> wrote: > > > > Dear kat, > > > > That reference to Navamsha ruler of moon , to be treated as Diety, > > was made by me on this Forum so I thought it proper to reply to > You. > > You may/may not find reference about this in books, I have learnt > > from my Guru (Teacher).
