1.Now, I need a practical solution of resolving the difference of opinion, views, thoughts, feelings, misundertaking amongst a couple.

Could you please suggest a practical, effective way of the same.

2. Problems at new job, how can this be resolved, please advise.

These two are creating loads of problems in my life. Please save me.
