I just joined the group and wanted to introduce myself. I'm Shilpa

and have been interested in astrology for the past ten years. I am

interesting in learning more about how to help people with problems

using astrology.

 

I do have a request for myself. I am 31 and not married. There are

no prospects either. I have tried online dating, matrimonial

conventions and no one seems interested in me. I fear that I may

never get married.

 

Can you tell me whether I will get married and when? My birth details

are September 28, 1974 at 1:20 pm in Navsari, Gujurati, India. Please

let me know if you need more information.

There are some delaying factors, but nothing very serious. I couldn't understand why 'no one seems interested in you'. Please give some basic information / background about yourself. You may give following information:

1) Source of Time Of Birth (TOB).

2) Margin of error possible in TOB given.

3) Brief details of appearance, nature, health, education, profession, finances etc.

4) If married, give similar information about the spouse, else give details of relationships etc.

5) Profession, finance, health and anything special about parents.

6) Basic trends (including good / bad periods) of the life so far.

 

 

You can give some or all of it but never miss extremities of life. May write to me personally too. Rest assured about confidentiality, wherever required.

 

Yours is Scorpio lagna vargottama and you are now 32, not 31. Please confirm.

Dear Shilpa,

 

As you know astrology, you will have noticed that Venus the Kalatra

Karaka is conjunct Mandi and Mercury the 7th lord is in Papakartari

yoga. Venus is Gulikaadhipati and Mercury is Mandi Pati. The Pati karaka

Guru is in 3rd bhava but conjunct Moon. Again the 7th bhava is occupied

by Saturn indicating delay in marriage. Now though the general

indications for getting married are not very good, the very fact that

Jupiter aspects 7th bhava and Saturn who has a habit of not harming,

even when not adding to, the indications of house occupied occupies the

7th bhava in friend's rasi and possessed of Digbala, does not make the

situation as dismal as it may appear at first instance.

 

You could have married in dasha of Mercury (7th lord), Venus (Kalatra

karaka), Guru (Pati karaka) or Saturn (occupant of 7th bhava) or rahu

who can act like Saturn (being alone) and 12th lord (by occupation).

 

Now we see that rahu Dasha operated till you were 18 years of age and

with delayed marriage promised you could not get married then. So the

next dasha will be of Guru that you are currently running, that could

give marriage.Looking at the age factor you could have got married in

antardasha of Venus (7.6.2000 - 23.1.2003) but we find Saturn in the 6th

bhava with Guru and Venus in 2000. So that was out. In 2003 we find Guru

in 8th Saturn in 6th and Venus in 12th, afflicted by Ketu there. So that

did not give marriage, though some proposals might have come during that

period.

 

So we are left with the pratyantar of Rahu (31.1.2006 - 13.6.2008)

operating at present. There is a likelihood that you could get some

proposal by October when Jupiter moves to Scorpio, squaring natal

Jupiter with Saturn moving to Leo on 1st of November and trining 7th

from the 7th and Saturn that is the lagna. looking at the dasha order, I

would say that there is a possibility of you getting married between

21.11.2006- 13.12.2006 (Venus Sookshma/Saturn Pratyantar) or 9.1.2009 to

16.2.2007. I would think the former time span is more likely than the

later as during th second time span Saturn would be moving back to

Cancer. I would look at December 21st 2006 or so as the approximate date

when you do have a chance of getting married, at the earliest. If you

have a younger uncle or Aunt, i would not be surprised if the proposal

is brought by them.
