You might have noticed in news papers about lot of natural calamities and human made disasters. This is the order of the day. Sir Warden Woodrobe in his comments in "Saratha Thilaka Tantra" (a Tantric text)writes as follows: "Mother Kali alone can save the people from the total destruction and nobody else can ".
