Guest guest
Namaste, In two recent postings, the following daily reflections were shared: Daily Reflection August 26 - Charity In the Kali Yuga charity is supreme. Among all types of giving, the offering of Dharma is the highest. Daily Reflection August 27 - Dharma So much as we search within, so much we find the inner light. That inner light is the delight of our soul and that delight is our Dharma. They are both very potent with meaning but I can't seem to link the two. Probably my understanding of Dharma is limited but i'm not sure how this can be an offering as outlined in the 'Charity' posting.. Can anyone share their thoughts on this? I will be most gratefull!! Guest guest
In my very limited knowledge, in the first quote, it states that the highest form of charity in Kali age is the offering of Dharma (which the highest consists of the Guru giving spiritual enlightenment, and for spiritual aspirants, giving the highest spirtual love and wisdom from their hearts to others with no expectations). The second quote , imho, speaks about the true delight or true happiness which is going within and finding the inner light. So, Dharma consists in going within into the Real, and giving and emanating in oneself this Real (Light or Dharma).
