Senka -Japa -Where to Start one's Spiritual Practice

Hi Senka,

 

Another thing that came to mind, which is really

simple, is to chant the name of God, or Japa.

 

You could work with Krishna, or something like Om

Namah Shivaya (which honors all names and forms of

God).

 

Repeating the name of God is one of the most important

spiritual practices we can do, and we can do this

anywhere at any time.
