Yeah, it does have the effect of purifying/purging, and I spose it doesn't

matter if we see that as the purpose of the world. I actually see no purpose,

and in a sense, life is it's own purpose. If that were so, the question might

arise, what would be the purpose of 'contaminating' just so that purging

could take place?

What I see is that it works the other way around. Experience presupposes

separation, and separation from Wholeness leads to the perception of lack, and

lacks leads to desire, and the potential of unfulfilled desire leads to

struggle. The potential to experience, then, is the source of the perceived need to

purify. Since mind creates from it's perception, a world is created in which

the boundaries of this illusion of otherness will be spontaneously explored.

Ultimately, illusion must pass away, and that which is unchanging Truth

remains. We create our own world of purging in the process of seeking wholeness.

God' Children are free to explore.

So free, even the unreal is not off limits.
