Guest guest
It seems most of the participants here are out looking for free astrology. I have rarely found a person interested in exchanging astro knowledge or sharing experience. STRANGE .....;.
Guest guest
Dear Aditya, I do not see any thing wrong in free advise. I think poeple who are wanting to exchange thoughts should be thankful to these free advise seaker who are providing astro materials to be studied. This is very similar to patients attending hospitals helper medical students learn. I am sure more than one person is usually reponds to the request and I am sure two astrolgers will look from different angle and present there case. I am sure that is good starting point for a very healthy discussion. I hope I have not offended any one Hare Shree Krishna sincerely kamal - adityauc vedic astrology Wednesday, August 30, 2006 4:04 PM [vedic astrology] Vedic Astro It seems most of the participants here are out looking for free astrology. Guest guest
Few like me also may be interested in exchanging astro knowledge or sharing experiences , but fear of people asking for references, validity, example charts, supporting data, being asked to mention only time tested principles , may keep away people like me and others as this cannot be provided at all times, its either believe or do not, either take or leave, but that does not happen normally , it at times leads to bigger things like arguments, cross arguments and then each poster trying to win them, which concludes in loss of good relationships. I have already lost one good friend (He will certainly not like if I call him friend, but he is still a friend for me)in this process last week. So unless clear understanding is there ,maturity and knowledge when to stop the thread, it becomes a risky thing. regards, Bhaskar. vedic astrology, "adityauc" <adityauc wrote: > > It seems most of the participants here are out looking for free > astrology. Guest guest
Dear Aditya ji, Namaskar Does not focussed technical argument, without taking the battle of winning or losing (or ego related there to) - helps in learning jyotish and its applications in real life? The forum becomes great source of learning / gathering knowledge and experience, only for its facilitation of focussed discussions. In my experience on this forum (from the very begining) - I have always learnt from the experience / posts of fellow members. If my technical assessment / pointer is wrong - I have been corrected from time to time. This forum has seldom witnessed personalized and ego driven postings. The Moderator has always managed to facilitate friendly and refreshing environment on this forum. and Very seldom - personal attacks have been tolerated here. So Sir, please be comfortable in expressing your jyotish experiences. and You will enjoy your stay as well. This forum is certainly not free reading request forum (as you rightly pointed out). I have experienced great discussion here. and Moderator have always kept the focus alive in all these years. Unforunately, There has been few distinct trends (ofcourse - these are at much lower numbers here) - sometimes - querents post request on all the forums (without realizing that - this is not free reading forum). On the contrary, fellow jyotishis use the chart to discuss jyotish - not only the "help". Unfortunately, many querent hide their true identity - which is still understandable; but I have observed few astrologers posting with fake identities or proxy writings etc. Should we trust them? I wish you to have good experience on this forum. regards / Prafulla Gang The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will. > > bhaskar_jyotish (AT) (DOT) co.in > Wed, 30 Aug 2006 16:17:08 -0000 > vedic astrology > [vedic astrology] Re: Vedic Astro > > Few like me also may be interested in exchanging astro > knowledge or sharing experiences , but fear of people asking > for references, validity, example charts, supporting data, > being asked to mention only time tested principles , may > keep away people like me and others as this cannot be provided at > all times, its either believe or do not, either take or leave, > but that does not happen normally , it at times leads > to bigger things like arguments, cross arguments and then > each poster trying to win them, which concludes in loss of good > relationships. > I have already lost one good friend (He will certainly not like if I > call him friend, but he is still a friend for me)in this process last > week. > So unless clear understanding is there ,maturity and knowledge when > to stop the thread, it becomes a risky thing. > > regards, > Bhaskar. > > > > vedic astrology, "adityauc" <adityauc wrote: >> >> It seems most of the participants here are out looking for free >> astrology.
