Guest guest
Jai Gurudev! Dear brothers and sisters, Once again I would like to highlight the magic of "Aum Chandde Phoo" I read this mantra in a very old MTY where in it was given that in case of any wasp bite, snake bite, spider bite, or bite by any other fly or insect just rub the bitten body part by your palm and recite 21 times the following mantra and that immediately the pain and swelling would go: "Aum Chandde Phooh" (pronounciation: "dde" in Chandde to be pronounced like "day" in Sunday and Phoo as "fuu") Recently I had a very severe gas pain attack where in I had to resort to pain killer injections. For the first day it got resolved but the second day again a very severe gas pain arose in my sternal area just below the chest. The pain was killing and I was not able to breathe properly nor walk, sit, or lay down. Escorted by my wife i went to the nearby clinic where in they again gave me another pain killer injection, but today without respite. I waited and waited to see the effect of the injection but it was already two hours and no effect at all and I was doubled over with pain. It was around 11 p.m. when I left hope from the drug and took a glass half-full of water and dipped my index finger.....and chanted 21 times "Aum Chandde Pooh" remembering Gurudev and Ambe Ma. I would like to tell you all my brothers and sisters here, as soon as i drank the water it took not less than a second and pain had already gone. I think the water did not even reach my stomach and pain went away as if it had never been. I quickly slept and woke up fresh the next day. This is a guru prasaad...and similarly many other mantras given by Pujya Shree Gurudev. Please remember it and seek help in distress. Vande Nikhilam!! Guest guest
hi all, Dear Puneet, There are many mantras for inner peace and calming the mind. I am not Indian in this incarnation so giving you a sanskrit mantra or hindi mantra is not my speciality. Yet, I do know there is a simple breathing technique among many that works quite well. First inhale to the count of four, hold your breath to the count of four, exhale to the count of four, and hold again to the count of four. Repeat this cycle for say 15 minutes. If this seems easy work you way up to higher counting, say 8 or 9. This breath awareness calms the mind and relaxes the body. You may already know this so perhaps this is a good reminder, that peace is a breath away. There are other forms of pranayama which helps with sychronizing both sides of your brain, so if you are interested in them, just let me know and I will post here. I hope this helps. Guest guest
- Dear somy, there are many ways suggested by gurudev to be tanav mukt. (A) Just lie down . leave your body loose and chant NARAYAN NARAYAN. SOUNDS SIMPLE ,WORKS MAGIC. (B) If you are interested in sadhana look at the last pages of the book Swarnim sadhana sutra. Nothing works like samarpan !! Now regarding " AUM CHANDE PHOO " is it ch or chh ? Jai Nikhileshwar. -- In , puneet tiwari <thornyrosego wrote: > > Hello , dear somy thanks for nice mantras , please > also give some mantra for mental peace, through out > the day so that we can utilise maximum capabilities we > have > a mantra for mental / physical well being , > > regards. > > prateek > --- somybist <somybist wrote: > > > Jai Gurudev! > > > > > > Dear brothers and sisters, > > > > Once again I would like to highlight the magic of > > "Aum > > Chandde Phoo" > > > > > > I read this mantra in a very old MTY where in it was > > given that in case of any wasp bite, snake bite, > > spider bite, or bite by any other fly or insect just > > rub the bitten body part by your palm and recite 21 > > times the following mantra and that immediately the > > pain and swelling would go: > > > > "Aum Chandde Phooh" > > > > (pronounciation: "dde" in Chandde to be pronounced > > like "day" in Sunday and Phoo as "fuu") > > > > > > Recently I had a very severe gas pain attack where > > in > > I had to resort to pain killer injections.
