Guest guest
Greetings, New to the list. I was introduced to Kundalini in the early 90s In the initial few months following practice, I experienced elation, highs, and a lot of energy. Then, thereafter, what I can only describe as a "roller coaster ride". Highs, lows, almost manic with mood swings from deep depression to feelings of extreme bliss. With the guidance and advice from my teacher(s), I persisted with practice and managed to weather-thru the rough spots. Though the rough experiences don't go away, do they? We just know them for what they are and maintain vigilance thru practice. I stopped practicing for awhile due to business and an illness in my family....another 'roller coaster ride'... except for practicing the hong-sau kriya which, I believe helped to maintain my sanity and health during those difficult times. Amazing what a simple technique can do!? Now, I am recovering my health and spiritual bearing and direction and resuming regular practice. It's great!!!....even the roller coaster :-) I'm happy to have found this forum. I take special interest in the herbal recipes, ie. 'golden milk'. I've already mixed a batch and had a very restful sleep for the past few nights waking up fully charged. Thanks, Nue
