Nothing was leaking, and it appeared no one had been in the house. The dog was still outside, and the cat was still inside, so they were stumped as to how so much water had been used. They suspected someone was turning on a tap and running it during the night. Last night they heard water running, grabbed the camcorder to get a movie of the law breaker in action to give to the police.
