I open my eyes and think myself dreaming. In my dream I look at every thing as my dream world, like if I am outside a mirror looking in, or inside looking out. I look at all the creatures in my dream and imagine me to be dreaming them. Including those who make me sad and angry. Then I imagine how the dream would continue without my knowing of who I am. If this doesn't help, I ask my black mirror, the selfish one inside myself for advise. If this doesn't help, I ask the white mirror, the merciful outside myself for advise. If this still doesn't help, I picture myself to be a dead machine, a dead robot. The robot than turns my anger and sadness into meaning and purpose. I hope this makes you happy and satisfied, it probably sounds just a little bit crazy, for details ask again.
