Dear Guru Ji

I have a very weak memory and i tend to forget things very fast even tho i am a very knowledge person and have a lot of knowledge and also it seem like somehting is in the front of my forehead which is troubling me like

Please check and see if ther eis any solution

( i was told to wear a panna for memory and good luck - ? )
