Guest guest
Question from Nanda: I have often heard you tell us that we practise Siddhantachara at the Mandir. I would like to know about the five acharas that precede and the two that follow Siddhantachara. Are they given in any particular order - ie we need to practise (for example) Dakshinachar before moving on to Siddhantachara? Can you please clarify - thank you for your time. Swamiji's response: Yes, they are given in order: inspiration (Vaishnavachara) study (Vedicachara) practice (Shaivachara) application (Vamachara) reducing our necessity to act (Dakshinachara) Those are the first five. (Please see Tattva Jnana.) Siddhantachara Then comes union (Yogachara) and the behavior of perfection, maintaining the same bhava always.
