Guest guest
Namaste Sri Mahadeva: I believe that most members are aware that they can from the list by just sending email: <advaitin>. Some members also follow what you have suggested. Only on rare occasions, some members want every member to know that they are quitting by sending an announcement to the list. They probably want to get the attention from the fellow members and also want to see how others react to their decision. Those who do not want to receive the postings by individual emails have several options: They can opt for 'digest option' and one consolidated email containing all postings in a single day will be deliverd at night. To get the email in digest form, send an email to: <advaitin-digest> To stop receiving emails from the list, send an email to: <advatin-nomail> Here is the list of all email commands: To Post a message: Send an email with the message addressed to advaitin To Subscribe: send a blank email to advaitin- To Un: send a blank email to advaitin To temporarily stop Mail Delivery: send a blank email to advaitin-nomail To Resume Normal Mail Delivery: send a blank email to advaitin-normal To Receive mail in digest form: send a blank email to advaitin-digest These commands and other instructions are also available at FAQ which can be accessed at advaitinModerate/ I hope that this is helpful, With my warmest regards, Ram Chandran advaitin, "mahadevadvaita" <mahadevadvaita wrote: > > Namaste, May I gently remind the members that to , you > don't need to send an email to the whole group.
