Hi everyone, my name is Michael and I live in a small town in NC. I

always thought that yoga was mostly learning poses or postitions. MOst

of my experience with yoga have been through videos and reading. Each

day I try to meditate and now realize, it was done haphazardously.

But, since I have read the first lesson, I now realize that it is much

more spritiual in nature. The hardest thing at this point is doing

the quiet meditation and looking inward. With patience I know this

will improve and it won't happen instantly. This KYTraining was

suggested by friend, of which I am most appreciative. I am looking

forward to learning and growing with Kundalini Yoga.
