I think the site and group is great for those who cannot afford expensive classes. I have a couple of Carolyn Cowan kundalini DVDs, so with those and this group I am hoping to bring light into my life. I have been on a spiritual journey seriously for around one year now, although it has been an on and off dance most of my life! Looking forward to the opportunites this group will bring. Thank you.
