I want to ask that if the planets are retrograde, then we count planets clockwise? Haan agar aadmi pura ghum jayae apne raste pe ulta to baat doosri hai. Planets ghumte nahin hain, sirf prateet hote hain ke speed kam ho gayi ya ruk gaye, take care.Jyaada socho mat. Guest guest Posted September 7, 2006 Report Share Posted September 7, 2006 Namrata ji, If you examine the chara dasha 'system' you will find that the forward and reverse counting (cw, ccw) is not related to retrogression but more to the grouping of rashis (similar to savya- apasavya concept too) and specifically in the chara context, to the sign in the 9th from a given sign. In bhrigu nandi nadi, it is mentioned that the retrograde planet behaves as if it is placed in the 12th from actual location.
