Hi Tushar,

 

In this case, Mars is the lord of lagna and lord of sixth as

well. He is with Rahu in the same degree. This indicates legal

problems. He is currently running Sani-Guru period. I guess, he

got into the problem before probably during San-Rahu or even

during Sani-Mars period. Note that the dispositor of Kuja-Rahu

is Sani.

 

He might be able to get out of the tangle in Budha dasha - that

is after Jan 2008.

 

Can you give more details like what is the nature of the

problem, when did he got into this problem and if is he

currently under detention or not, etc.

Dear Shri.Tushar,

Guru AD in the Sani MD from 3.7.2005 to 14.1.2008:-

Your Sani is the lord of 3RD &4TH houses disposited on the 7th house causes enmity from the female folk .Sani had not attained sthana Bala hence troubles from Govt.Agency.Disposited on the kroora shastiyamsa indicates kaaragraga pravesa / temporary confinement.Sani had attained Dig Bala indicates his friends and relatives support regardless of the janma Guru.

Bukthi lord Guru is kaarak in Sani dasa; so it may not have its controlling actions on Sani.

The 10th house gochara Sani may bring about defame but this phenomenon would gradually get reduced because of the Sani’s ensuing transit into Leo (in another 55 days or so).

Guru gragha santhi and chanting of the following mantra “om namah shivaya namah omkareshwaraya” may reduce his impediments.

Are you sure he is very innocent ? Is he somewhat aggressive apparently but soft from within ? There are some chances of imprisonment and, unfortunately, next dasa of Mercury too is not very helpful.

very sorry to say I had made mistake in writing DOB Birth

 

to all Guruji brother and we had terreble time from July 24 to Aug 28

 

there was incident in which his college ran away with a student of

college and my brother had to suffer becouse he was his collegue

 

now he has got bail but we all are apprenhensive so plz kindly

suggest some Remedies so that we all come out with Grace

Dear Tushar,

 

With the modified date, it clearly shows 'Bandhana Yoga' as per

classical scriptures.

 

The definition of Bandhana yoga is "If the lord of lagna and the

6th join a kendra or trikona with Saturn, Rahu or Ketu, the

above yoga is given rise to". If the involvment is Sani alone,

it is limited to confinement. If it is Rahu or Ketu it is

placement behind bars.

 

In case of Rajesh, the lagna lord as well as the 6th lord is

Kuja. Kuja is in the 10th house joined by Ketu and aspected by

Rahu. Ravi also has been drawn in becasue of conjunction and

disposition. There are no benefic aspects on this unholy

combination.

 

However, Budha MD may not pose serious problems as Budha is not

a part of this yoga. There could be minor issues. I see bigger

problems during Ketu dasha.
