Ra & Ke debilitated: please suggest remedies

Om shree ganapataye namah

 

i'm a novice in astrology, i was going through this horoscope of one

my relative, and i found ra & ke both debilitated, and Ju is

retrograde, moreover badhaka lord Mo is in 12th H. Though ASC lord is

well positioned in 11th H & also both Me in own sign & Su in 11th H,

moreover in dashamsa also Su is in 10th H gaining directional

strength, & Me & Ve in navamsha both well placed. The native is close

to being extra-ordinary in designing, artistic skills in architecture

and interior. He is going through Me mahadasha, and Su antardasha.

 

I'd like to know

1. why inspite of being so gifted, he's not able to rise which he

deserves to be?

2. How ra & ke blocking his progress?

3. how badhaka lord Mo is affecting his progress?

4. what remedial measures he should initiate to come up in life?

5. He's not yet married, and what should be done for that?
