Guest guest
Om Namo Bhagavate Sri Ramanaya, One of my friends' son was forced to take up Chartered Aaccountant Course after his B.Com., much against his wish, who was very much interested in MBA. After a tough period at Chennai, he abadoned the course and joined a salt manufacturing unit at Tuticorin at a paltry salary. A pious boy so much devoted to our Eternal Guru was longing for a good job in Chennai so that he can pursue MBA also and earn good money. One day he got an information from his friend to come to Chennai to join a leading Electronic Dealer as Accountant with a solid increase in salary. He happily resigned his job and shifted himself to Chennai. When I was away from my home, this boy caught me over my cell and told me that he was cheated that the Dealer offered even a lesser salary than what he was receiving. He said "uncle, I am in the streets now" and broke out. I consoled him and asked him to go immediately to Ramanashram, spend some time in the Sannathi of our Guru and then go round the Hill. He immediately did that. Within 2 / 3 days he got a job with a BPO at Chennai where he not only learnt his job but earned handsome salary. He made monthly visits to Annamalai and went round the Holy Hill several times. Now he is in a foreign country earling good salary. Giri Pradikshinam is such a powerful deed one should do at least once in one's life time. It gives everything in plenty as we want - may be at the most appropriate time. Verse 17 of Arunachala Akshara Mana Maalai :- GIRI URUVAAGIYA KRUIBAI KADALE KRIBAI KOORNTHARULUVAAI ARUNACHALA ! You are a ocean of grace in the form of a Hard Hill - take pity and grace me O! Arunachala ! The Holy Hill is Lord Shiva Himself. Our Eternal Guru highlighted this fact to the devotees more than once. To prove this, Bhagavan Himself circumambulated the Holy Hill several times. Once He was staring through the window at the Holy Hill without a blink of an eye and a devotee asked our guru "Anga YENNA paakarel" - What is it you are seeing there?. Bhagavan replied in His typical way "YENNA paakaren" - seeing ME. Ramanaarpanam.
