Guest guest
OnRum onRum aindhu mUnRum We frequenlty observe AzvAr-s split pAsuram-s into divisions. For example, aindhinOAdu aindhum vallAr -Five plus five-10-2-11 of TiruvAimozhi. These divisions are splet out on a particular context. For instance, when rakshAsAs dance around in praise, they sing in praise of sugrEva maharAja in the first and sixth pAsuram. This is indicated by the words 'onRum onRum'. Then they eulogise the vAnarA clan in the five pAsuram-s from the second onwards. This is indicated by the words 'aindhum'. The other three pAsuram-s in general in nature, where they counsel their fellow beings. This is mUnRum. This is what AzvAr states in the final pAsuram of this 'kuzhamaNi dhUrm' Thirumozhi.
