Guest guest
Sat Nam Dharam and everyone, Is it possible to practise this Adi Mantra Individual Meditation alone without any other practise with it?, I mean as an opening and cleansing preparatory process for biginners. I had Irritable bowel syndrome for a long time and it gets worse with kundalini practise, so I guess I need preparation. Thanks in advance Blessings Omar Ali

Hello Omar Hypnosis is the most effective treatment for IBS available -- proven more effective than medication. The hypnotists I have spoken to who have worked with IBS have said it is associated with deep-seated resentments. So you might want to consider focusing your kundalini practice on releasing anger and resentment, or possibly when you do this kind of kundalini practice is when the symptoms increase? Guest guest
Sat Nam Omar, This version of the Adi Mantra IS for an individual practice. It's always good, though, to do some warm-ups beforehand, to open your channels and breath. Regarding your IBS, or any other ailment for that matter, much wisdom is available to us if we are able to listen and understand. With use of the Adi Mantra, in either of its forms, there is a subtle confrontation. From that comes a conversation based on a higher reasoning where things can be sorted out. Trust what comes through to you. To be able to listen to one's own intuition is to be in the flow of the divine.
