Guest guest
Sat Nam. Apparently he heard it on the radio one day on the way to teach yoga class. He loved it and began using it at the end of each class. It was by the folk-rock group The Incredible String Band from an Irish folk ballad. I saw them in concert back in the late sixties at the Filmore East but was pretty drug abusive at the time and did not catch that particular song. It just shows to go you that if you do Kundalini Yoga, you'll notice a lot of good stuff that most people miss.
