She said sometimes the Higher Soul comes down (to help us?) -She said: "I love you all" Dear Henny ~ I only quoted part of your notes about Shree Maa's words, but I have saved them all. Everything She said meant so much to me. I am so far behind on the digests. It has grieved me that I have again become sicker to the point where I am unable not just to keep up with my email in general, but that even leaving all that behind. I am too sick to stay up with the digests. I think Self-Depracation has had its claws into me. But reading Shree Maa's words was like the sun suddenly shining in a dark room. So simple, yet so rich. So please know, everyone, that though I seem to be getting worse, and this is keeping me from the digest, I am thinking of you all, and missing the "conversation." I am still being the little turtle, going along with my EMS and recitation of the Advanced Shiva Puja. I just ordered a computer table that fits over your bed and tilts. I thought, so many times, I am so tired or have too much pain, and I have to go to bed so early. But if I had a table that fit over my bed, I could order it, and maybe that would help me keep up with the digests. What everyone shares is so valuable, and there is so much learning here. So I will save the digests I haven't read, and check in when I can. But when my new table comes, it will be possible for me to keep up better ... at least that is my prayer ... to remain connected with this wonderful group. Guest guest
Many blessings for you Linda and please remember, the conversations will stlll all be online for you when you are feeling better, so nothing is really lost. I am grateful for the high quality of teachings on this list, and the many wise comments offered by participants. I have some trouble with computer sitting too, but am working my way through slowly. The comments on breath came at the right moment for me. I almost got the flu last week and had some difficulty breathing (normal, no pranayams with inflamed lungs) during meditation. It was an interesting challenge to perform japa while keeping the lungs relaxed and the breath steady but not forced. I have become increasingly conscious of how we often unconsciously suppress or force the breath. Emotional kleshas behind that one...
