The 22nd of September is Mahalaya Amavasya, and there will be a special

puja offered at the Mandir for the welfare of our ancestors. Please see

Swamiji says

"The practice does offer benefit to seven generations previous to us and

for seven generations to follow. The benefit accrues at the time we

offer the prayer, takes effect immediately, and is manifest during their

next individual manifestation."

 

If you would like to include the names of your ancestors that have

passed (no friends or pets please) , please send in their names to
