Download the video of Lord Ranganatha of Srirangam,

during the next day of Krishna Jayanthi (Birthday

of Lord Krishna) on 15th September, 2006.

 

The Celebrations of Krishna Jayanthi at Srirangam:-

 

Today (15th September, 2006) is the next day of Krishna

Jayanthi celebrations at Srirangam. So, Today morning, Lord

Krishna of temple had a Veethi Ulla (appearing in the

streets). And special thirumanjana and kainkaryams were made

to Krishna. And today night, Lord Krishna followed by the great

god, Lord Rangatha came veethi ulla. As, a story from Krishna

Leela, The arrangement near a Krishna temple is as in the video

Thus, Some pots contains milk, butter, were kept at some height.

A person in the place of Lord Krishna comes with a stick,

the idol of Lord Krishna watches the activities. The person

breaks all the pots as Krishna did once.

Many devotees came to see this divine seen.

Also, Lord Ranganatha followed Lord Krishna. The king of

Srirangam, was majestic today. See this pic:-

And finally, after the celebtaions are over, both of the

great powers came back to the temple. In doing so,
