Guest guest
Hare Krishna, dear vaisnavas. Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Some thoughts came to my mind regarding chanting "Prasada-sevaya" prayer on the Holy Day of Ekadasi. It's interesting to learn how that tradition not to chant it on this day appeared. Usually it is not mentioned because of the word "anna" in it. But as far as I can understand this word means not only "grains" but also "food" as well. But even if that meant "grains" isn't it pleasing for Krishna when we glorify His prasadam? In other words, what wrong is in reciting this prayer glorifying Lord's remnants which help us to conquer the most uncontrollable sense - the tongue. After all, we are not breaking the fast by simply reciting this prayer, isn't it? Could anyone of you kindly dissipate my doubts? Thank you very very much in advance.
