Guest guest
Can you pass this question on to Swami S? It is a reflection and a question. I have no real illness that I can state, but I usually feel pretty bad in the area that I live in. To me this is the karma all around and unconsciousness of most all around (a busy part of the city) Who knows if this would feel any better in a more rural setting. If I do not do anything about it like yoga, meditation, prayer and japa. I run to something else to help to numb the pain, which makes things worse. But if I force myself to do yoga, meditation and japa, some breath work...I can feel the light. Question...most of us are sensitive to energy with all the spiritual work that we are doing and can easily be overwhelmed with the surrounding karmas and our own, this can be felt as sickness and even become physical sickness? Isn't this where intense sadhana can help and the awareness of focusing on the Light and on God can help one burn off the pain of this world? Even just focusing on the body and bringing this God's Love into the body. In order to hold this Love one must go through pain (unconsciousness) and the fear and pain of the masses.
