Guest guest
Back pain (lower) can often be a sign of the emerging Kundalini. If you do not have a precondition then you can pretty much determine that your practice is bearing fruit - especially if it is a burning type sensation or a feeling of expansion that is exerting pressure inside out. Keep going. Lots of water and watermelon. Roots and protein. Keep up the balancing and keep us apprised -
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have been practicing daily since Jan of this year and just recently injured my lower back lifting my child then sitting in an uncomfortable position with him on my lap for a while. I have done a slower modified sadhana the last two mornings since I did it but am still very sore and lopsided. Is the best idea to listen to my body and modify or stop altogether? I am currently doing the raising the ten bodies kriya and cannot do stretch pose at all but can do modified versions of the rest. Thanks for sharing any wisdom.
