Guest guest
Dear Harry: Each inhale is divided in 4 sniffs. The 4 sniffs are equal and give you a full inhale. With each sniff, you pull the navel in powerfully and relax immediately ready to pump again with the next sniff. The exhale is done in 4 separate parts and again with each part you pull in on the navel powerfully relaxing immediately ready to pump again with the next part of the exhale. Hold the hands continuously keeping them together pressing hard the whole time. The word "vigorously" applies the breathing and the pumping of the navel, not the pressing of the hands. Blessings, Awtar
