Power of Srila Prabhupada Books:

 

I heard from Dhananjaya Prabhu or someone else, that China will be the last

to be KC, but they will become the best KC devotees. Something like this, I

maybe wrong.

 

Here in UK, I travel once a month to Manchester for assisting few friends

and their family in their KC. One of them is Gujarati family, and the girl

from the Gujarati family. She is very good at preaching to some of her

friends from university and work. She has been preaching to one of the top

Chinese female student, this student is very intelligent and top student

from her university in Manchester and she came number 1 in whole university

during her final year. Now she holds very good post in one of the leading

British firm.

 

She chants HKMM, reads Gita everyday, and on way to become vegetarian. Once

a week she goes to Gujarati family understand more about Srila Prabhupada

teachings. All of them chants 1 round in group together and honors Krishna

Prasad.

 

Also there is nice group of devotee in Taiwan, and I am in touch with one

devotee via E-mail, from my mailing list. She has so much appreciation for

Srila Prabhupada & Lord Chaitanya.

this top student can help make many devotees, if she is trained nicely in KC,

keep up your preaching Prabhuji.Dhananjaya Prabhu heard this from Srila

Prabhupada, but we should not neglect China in the name of they may be the last

China preaching looks like would be a very wonderful project! If you become

trustee as Payonidhi Prabhu suggested. I wish if I would have been in Mumbai I

When I hear your words I am feeling Lord Caitanyas mercy already, and if I was

a pure devotee I would feel satvik bhava now. Yes I remember these little Gitas

I believe where all printed in India, the Laxmi came from sankirtana devotees

selling paintings in Germany, then Kirtiraja was given this Laxmi for this job.

One Marathon in 1984 was also sponsored by devotees selling paintings so that

60,000

Maha big books where distributed in one month. I recall doing my favorite canto

7th Canto

in Nuremberg the city where Hitler started his nazi movement, I was thinking

this is the right place for really "dropping Lord Caitanyas mercy bombs".Any

how if Gitas and 7 cantos 'which has the pastimes of Lord Narasimhadeva can be

printed and distributed to all Chinese

Then China will change. I humbly suggest this be brought to GBC attention, and

if they have some life they will approve. Otherwise this project can go on

anyway..but there is many great souls on the GBC , why should anyone

object???Maybe an account can be set up and Bhima Prabhu be the trustee, and

and someone else can be an accountant, and give reports of what is being

donated. Then very soon thousands hopefully millions of books can be

distributed to the Chinese. I am making it a practice to give all Chinese free

books, I still ask for donations, but if they don't give I still give them free

books. Chinese people are very intelligent here in Washington DC we meet many

young people especially from Hong Kong

They are some of the most intelligent people. plus China is the worlds biggest

country.

It may take more than one persons donation, but if even many smaller donations

can be received lots can be done, but so many big donations are needed too. And

I volunteer for assisting in this project too. We used to daily go to Russian

ships in some cases to give them free books, plus all russians where given free

books on sankirtana.Even English books will be good too, as many already read

english but some chinese books will really help.

I may add that many chinese may actually read one of Srila Prabhupadas books in

english even to practice their english and get the benefit.( I have met several

persons that stated this as they took a book).Brhad Mrdanga ki jaya! Saving

China ki jaya!

I remember Kirtiraj Prabhu payed for printing a pocket size gita in Russian

in Mumbai. Then we smuggled them into Russia with airline hostesses that

worked for air india.

 

So, maybe that is the secrect for China just keep bumping in the books. If

there is anyone to fund it it would be a good investment. Look what is

happening in Russia today. Krishna Consciousness is booming why not in

China? Maybe some of Tamal Krishna Maharaj's estate should go for bumping

the books into China. Having some devotees pose as English teachers was ok

but even that is not going on now as I understand.

 

Once we went to a Russian ballet performance done in Mumbai and passed out

gitas. Of course this was organsied by Kirtiraj Prabhu. It just takes one

person to get into it and could become a happening.

 

I agree with Narasimha44 put the books in there and things will start to

happen.
