Regarding reducing heat from the body

Jai Gurudev,

 

Is there is any means to reduce heat from the body? What all prevention that I can take in my diet. I even has some problem with my liver and am not adviced to have spicey and oily foods. Kindly help me out with this situation.

Yes , there are many ways you can reduce the heat of your body through

the practice of yoga. The most popular pranayam used for this purpose

is sitali pranayam. I would highly recommend it, and i would also

recommend, more on a mundane note, that maybe this heat is caused by

yur emotions/thoughts. Try to maybe address those issues so your

mind/body can come back to a comfortable tempature.
