Om Amriteswari Namah

Ammachi, please guide and bless us as we open our

hearts to the teaching of the Sri Guru Gita. Divine

Mother, stand with us, as we grow in our Selves and as

we continue to open our hearts and our minds to your

Love and Light. Amma, show us how to share your

inspiration and your Love for us with the World.

We dedicate our study today to Peace on this Earth,

and to healing the hearts of humankind.

Guru Gita Study Session 15

Verse 69. The Lord Said:

Salutations to the Guru. By merely remembering him,

one receives spontaneous knowledge. By attaining him,

everything is attained.

Verse 70.

Salutations to the Guru, who is consciousness, peace

and eternity. She transcends ether and is without

stain. She is beyond nada (divine music), bindu (blue

spot) and kala (visions).

Verse 71

Salutations to the Guru. This entire universe,

consisting of the movable and immovable, the animate

and the inanimate is pervaded by him.

Verse 72.

Salutations to the Guru, who firmly rides the power of

knowledge, who is adorned with the necklace of wisdom

and who grants worldly fulfillment as well as

salvation.

Verse 73.

Salutations to the Guru who, by the power of

Self-knowledge has burnt up all the karmas associated

through countless lives.
