Guest guest
Here is another incident to be warned about. A devotee from South Africa travelled to Mumbai alone on her way to treatment in South India. She travelled as a wheelchair passenger and is in her late sixties. At Mumbai airport the ground staff helped her collect her luggage and then while wheeling her out of the airport to my prabhuji who was waiting to receive her, they asked her for a tip. She replied that she did not have any Indian currency. They then wheeled her directly to the foreign exchange counter, made her change some of her South African Rands into Rupees and then they took a Rs100 each from her saying it was their charges! She was afraid at the same time pitiful thinking they must be poor Indians and so she surrendered to their demands. On meeting my prabhu she did not mention anything until she was home with us. So just be careful not to get cheated at these airports.
