What can I do to be less sensitive to other people's energy? My 13 yo

daughter has been going through a personal hell for 6 months-we have

her in counseling-and I seem to find myself sensitive to her moods. I

do not mean to imply that I am caught up in them. I can feel her moods

even when she is away. I can feel her moods change when she is in her

room at school or outdoors. The past 2 days I have felt really out of

sorts, I don't know how else to describe it. (I hope this doesn't

sound crazy)

I am currently 400 days in to the Kirtan Kriya. I smudge the house

with sage periodically. Is there a meditation or kriya I can practice

to help with this? I greatly appreciate any advice on this
