Guest guest
Regarding the Sri Devi Khadgamala Stotra document posted on ShaktiSadhana.org, the URW Palladio fonts used for transliteration of the Sanskrit passages do not work on my computer, a Macintosh. I assume the transliterations were generated with Itranslator99? This webpage explains the problems: http://www.sanskritweb.net/macfonts/index.htm. Would it be possible for somebody to create a pdf document for the KS and post it? I'm really anxious to learn how to recite this text. Thanks,
Guest guest
http://www.vi1.org/mantras/khdgmala/kg.mp3 May be this mp3 link will help with the pronunciation - instead of worrying about the fonts. Might be too fast for a non-sanskrit speaker, but listening repeatedly might help. Here is a pdf format - hope this helps http://www.srimeru.org/download/Devi%20Khadga%20Mala%20Stotra.doc? PHPSESSID=241b6a03da21de851c2621eb72b75baa There is also a text file of KS along with several stotras in this link: http://www.srimeru.org/download.php , "willendorfer" <willendorfer wrote: > > Regarding the Sri Devi Khadgamala Stotra document posted on ShaktiSadhana.org, the URW > Palladio fonts used for transliteration of the Sanskrit passages do not work on my computer, > a Macintosh. Guest guest
Dear Willendorfer: I do have a PDF version of Shakti Sadhana practice document. It is not perfect by any means; we (i.e. the SS moderators) are in the process of extensively revising it to correct errors in the Sanskrit, transliteration and English translation, as well as the FAQ that prefaces it. The revisions should have been complete ages ago (Nora has been dutifully reminding me); I simply got caught up in an slew of non-SS projects and pushed it onto the back burner. I'll be happy to send you a PDF of the faulty document (we have no pride *lol*); or -- if you can wait a month (probably much less) -- I can send you a corrected version that will be much easier to work with. Your call DB
