Guest guest
Pranam to everyone, I would like to know following: 1) Why is vedanta so different from doctrines of semetic religions (islam, christianity etc) ? The semetic religions recognize only three prophets as true ones..Moses, Christ and Mohammed. Mohammed is considered the last one. Where do symbols of Hindu religion like Rama, Krishna and other galaxy of saints/sages fall in this context ? 2) Why is Hindu religion so unorganized / flexible unlike semetic religions. I perceive one drawback of this is that most people (hindus) hardly follow any religious practise for self elevation. The large mass of hindu religious literature makes them further confused. Shall be grateful to know from you all. regards Sundeep Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail.
