I just wanted to express my deep gratitude to Srini and Ramya for all

of the effort they undertook to bring to us the online classes and the

retreat at the Mandir. Thanks also to Vish and all of the other

devotees who welcomed us, fed us, and nourished us in so many ways. I

am so grateful to once again have been welcomed to the Mandir and I bow

down with great devotion to the feet of Maa and Swamiji for their

allowing us to come to their home and to worship at their lotus feet.

As I write this the songs, prayers and love are still ringing in my

heart, the smell of the ghee in the fire is still filling my senses and

my stomach is growling at the thought of Maa's kitchadi and eggplant

pakoras.

Thank you Mother, Swamiji, Srini, Ramya, and all the brothers and

sisters that made this beautiful retreat a reality. Waking up in the

morning to the sounds of temple bells is so encouraging from the

viewpoint of how soon can i get to the temple? Your home is so serene

and surrounded with a huge presence of peace that it was an experience

that i hope to remember forever. i now feel more focused on the Chandi

Path and feel more equipped to work in the world after reciting what i

can of the Chandi. It feels like the ego gets slayed bit by bit with

keeping to the sankalpa of chanting in the morning. i also feel from

the retreat a sense of not wanting to get as wrapped up in world

things like the television...prayer to the Goddess is much more saving

and fun! Spending time with you is just so everything. And, the

peacocks and peahens in Napa at Devi Mandir are so reminding that

Krishna is just around the corner. Jai Maa!

Thank you so much for all that you did by opening up your Hearts over

the weekend past. You have encouraged me to move forward on the Path.

Waking up in the early morning with the sounds of the temple bells was

so so Divine. You have impressed upon me what living is like at the

Devi Mandir and have helped me integrate more of a spirtutual life

into life for me. Loving God with the Family is something that is to

remember forever!
