I have an apartment which will be available for rental from December to next May in the San Francisco Bay Area (Berkeley). Naturally the apartment is outfitted for devotional needs from an altar to all stainless-steel kitchen utensils, bed, sofa/futon, High-Speed DSL and Wireless internet, wooden (cleanable!) floors situated near a Rose garden with plenty of sunlight and serenity. The rent for devotees (I am asking much more from the karmis) is $975/month plus gas and phone (if you want it). The utilities (water, garbage and electricity) are all paid for and there is ample street parking on our cul-de-sac (no traffic except the local residents).
