Holy Rudraksha and other Holy Items

Pranaams Sri DDji,

This is so true what you've said. You've answered those questions so

well.

Even in India and Nepal, families have to pay for holy items. Bare

basics such as puja powder, cotton wicks, ghee lamp-holders, kum

kum, sandal powder, puja utensils and all, we all have to pay to

obtain for worship at home.

When going to temple, we pay for archana or puja as well. Even at

temples, nothing is free. The priests need living expenses. Temples

need maintenance expenses.

The person who posted those questions to you, should do some re-

thinking or go to India or Nepal to see for himself. Experience for

himself is the best way to learn, maybe.

I wonder if he has himself given away holy items for free all his

life.

Unless he is super wealthy and unconditional philanthropist,

probably not :) Even people with super wealth are not uncondtional

givers in this world. Most have agendas, be it business or

political.

Its the anonymous philanthropists who are unconditional as they

don't need name, fame and happily share their fortune with the

impoverished.
