TWINS WITH DOWN'S SYNDRME: sanjay ji, visti ji pls help

respected gurus and learned members of the group,

one of my aquantaince is seriously in trouble . she have

three kids ; elder son and two younger identical twins. her son had

laeukemia when he was around one and a half year old...but by the

grace of god he is okay now. the lady went for other pregnancy so

that she can save the umblical blood for safeguarding the future of

the son . she went for all the necessary medical checkups ..also

consulted the best radiologists for any problems to the fetus. and

after getting satisfied she continued with her pregnancy. she gave

birth to twin girl children prematurely and later found out that they

had down's syndrome and also hole in their heart. the younger girl of

the two twins is more serious and have big hole in the heart while

the elder one have samll hole and can survive for some time. please

help this lady.

she have three questions:

1)what is the future of these grils? are they going to survive or

not?

2)what lies in the future of her son? will he be able to lead a

healthy life?

3)should she go for another pregnancy for having a healthy child or

shud she go for adoption??

 

the birth details of all of them are as under:

 

lady: 29 january 1973 ;3 : 05 am ; belgaum (this lady was in navy for

some 8-9 years and now have quit the job for her children)

 

son: 18- jaunary 2000;9:37 am ; mumbai

 

twins:

elder: 12 feb 2006 ;5:04 pm; mumbai

younger: 12 feb 2006; 5L:07 pm; mumbai

they are both born prematurely.

 

pls help thius lady.
