Guest guest
Sat Naam jis Thanks Dharam for posting thid meditation for me. You can access it in our Group Files. I started practicing this one with a fellow KY student here in San Francisco/East Bay since it is the 100th anniversary of "The Big One" and there's lots of paranoia and talk about "The Next One" in the area. We took on the practice with humor rather than paranoia ourselves, but hey, better safe than sorry, right! It is not just for preparing for Earthquakes, it is for developing sensitivity to the earth in general, plus there are many other wonderful benefits like health, energy, youthfulness and preventing depression. We found it to be very meditative (ha!) and calmly stimulating. You can download the directions here: http://f1.grp.fs.com/v1/AHIqRRGkQ-HygMvKaBV63bk4nCAlZpb-F5lOIUUAdiFUhZ-M0btDzK7EwFKaEYj0ph8wA_gjrm6-9WtdL0c_psgDKNDxGj-dlw/Earthquake-meditation.pdf Or just grab it from the Files page if that link is too funky to work right! Sat naam Om Namah Shivaya ranjit k.
