I am a 49year old woman who is 3/4 Native American. I am extremely interested in all forms of energy work and alternate health practices and finding a deeper connection with Gaia and the Universe. Kundalini it's great.... it has opened so many doors in my life!!! It's definitely more powerful than any yoga I have done before!!!! I hope you find what you are looking for!! I find the kundalini asanas really deepen my work and keep me clear and more present. Welcome.
