24-4 to 18-6-07 u may negiotiate a sale and buy and get it sold max by 4-11-07, u will get a good price and move N, NE to ur current place close to a water tank, lake, river, pond whatever a nice place and a temple also near by.

 

it is not the house eing unlucky it is the time that went by not being good as well. as u r running rahu dasa and he is in 8th must give u a lot of obstacles, hurdles etc before showingu results. and gains will be unexpected ones.

u r in rahu-budha and Budha in 11th as 4th lord shows gains in real estate so a good sell.
